Since March of 2017 we have been providing professional lawn and garden services to the residents of the Merri-bek and Moonee Valley area including homeowners, body corporate, strata and city apartments.

Precision Gardening Solutions provides a wide variety of gardening services:

  • Lawn maintenance: Fortnightly schedule during spring and summer and monthly schedule during autumn and winter

  • Lawn Care: We offer 3 lawn care packages that caters for all budgeting needs for a weed free, lush green lawn all year round

  • Weed control: Pre-emergent herbicide applications to avoid having weeds in your lawn all year round. Post-emergent herbicide applications to remove existing weeds

  • Garden maintenance: We offer garden maintenance services for residential, body corporate and strata complexes including weed control, pest control, pruning, hedging, mulching, planting, lawn maintenance and more

  • Hedge trimming: Tall hedges under 3 metres, shaping, topiary and plant health

  • Rose pruning: Winter pruning, spring and summer pruning, fertilisation and pest control

  • Mulching: Delivery and installation, recommendation of appropriate mulch type based on your plant variety

  • Soft landscaping: Planting and mulch installation

  • How often do you maintain a clients lawn?
    We maintain our clients lawns on a fortnightly schedule during spring and summer and then monthly in autumn and winter.
  • Can we only have our lawns mowed once a month all year?
    No. During the growing period, the lawns grow twice the rate compared to autumn and winter so it would not be feasible.
  • Can we have weekly mowing instead of fortnightly in the growing period?
    Yes. Our fortnightly schedule is the minimum frequency we offer but we also have clients prefer weekly which we can accommodate for.
  • How much do you charge to mow the lawn?
    Every lawn is unique and the price will vary pending on size, obstacles, amount of edging, corner block etc. As a rough guide, our minimum charge is $40+gst and a standard front and back lawn with a nature starts from $70+gst.
  • Do you offer additional services other than lawn mowing?
    Yes. We offer lawn care packages to improve the overall health/look of your lawn as well as garden maintenance such as hedge trimming, pruning, weed control, mulch installation, planting and more.
  • Can you help me get rid of the weeds and improve the overall health of my lawn?
    Yes. We offer 3 different lawn care packages that cater for all budgets. These packages offer fertilisation, weed control, wetting agents, aeration and more.
  • Do I need to be home when you come to mow the lawns?
    No. As long as we can have access to the property we can mow the lawns anytime. We have earnt the trust from our clients over the years by providing us with their keys and passcodes to access their properties when they are not home.
  • We own a dog, will that be a problem when mowing the lawns?
    No. We love dogs and we have many clients who have dogs.
